Admissions

How to apply

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in one of our academies. Our academies operate on a rolling admissions basis. This means your application for admission will be accepted year-round.

The following is the Admission Process in five steps:

Download the student application form, print out, complete, and submit with relevant documents by post/hand to the respective academy.

The school will contact you to arrange an interview. Both parents and applicant(s) are required to come for the interview.

Applicants are scheduled for a diagnostic test when there is a possibility of a vacancy and provided the application is complete. The nature of the diagnostic test varies for different age groups and may require meeting a member of the academic staff. The assessment process is designed to ensure that the placement of all children will best meet their educational and personal requirements. The diagnostic test is also designed to help ascertain whether a child would require specific support.

Please note that the diagnostic test material is private and property of the School. Parents are not entitled to obtain copies prior to or after the child’s assessment.

Assessed applications will be reviewed taking into consideration various factors, including the results of the assessment, school reports, subject options at High School, English language ability level, child’s behavior, and availability of places. The Academies reserve the right to assign priorities for admission or refuse admission for any reason we deem fit.

If the application is successful, an offer of a place will be made. Placement of the child is at the absolute discretion of the Academies, taking into consideration various factors, including the child’s gender, nationality, academic ability, and level of achievement relative to the Academies' current students.

An offer of admission to the school is also based on the belief that a child will benefit from the curriculum offered and that his/her admission will support the education of existing students. It is possible a child is accepted on specific conditions.

Upon receiving payment, which confirms acceptance of the offer, the Academy will communicate further when the child may begin at the academy.

The Academy's office will provide details for their first day at the respective Academy.
